Technical credibility through content, not marketing.
The articles, guides, and answers below are the same explanations we give in an engagement, written down so they can be checked. No thought leadership, no buzzword salads — just the trade-offs, the numbers, and the patterns we use in production. If a piece here does not hold up to an engineer's scrutiny, it should not be on the site.
Blog
Technical articles on open-source infrastructure, AI-augmented DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and security. Engineer-to-engineer, with the trade-offs left in.
FAQ
The questions we get on calls, answered directly. Engagement model, open-source vs. proprietary, AI augmentation, confidentiality, EU market access — short and honest.
Guide: The Business Case for Open-Source Infrastructure
The full TCO breakdown — Proxmox, Zabbix, Wazuh, Gitea, Proxmox Backup Server against the proprietary equivalent, line-itemed, with the assumptions so you can run your own numbers.
Case Studies
Three production engagements — a Series B fintech CI/CD automation, an enterprise observability rollout, and an open-source migration. Real metrics, real stack, real outcomes.
Why we publish
A boutique practice only works if the work is visible. We write publicly because the same explanations we give in an engagement should be checkable by anyone — including a prospective client before they get on a call. If the content here is wrong, an engineer will tell us, and that is worth more than a marketing budget. If it is right, the call starts further along.
The articles are not lead magnets. There is no gated PDF, no email wall, no newsletter pop-up. Read what you want, share what is useful, and reach out when — and only when — the problem you have matches the model we run.
Have a problem that matches the model?
If the content here lines up with the problem you have, the next step is a call. We take on a small number of selected engagements — one principal, full lifecycle ownership.
