This website does not track you. No analytics, no advertising, no first-party cookies. The only personal data we process comes from the contact form — and we use it for exactly one thing: responding to your inquiry.
Who we are
Codyssey is operated by Codyssey Ltd (UIC 205400121), a Bulgarian company established in 2018 and built by Israeli high-tech veterans. We provide DevOps and DevSecOps consulting and engineering services. This privacy policy explains how the small amount of personal data we receive through this website is handled.
The short version
This website sets no first-party cookies — not analytics cookies, not tracking cookies, not functional cookies, not advertising cookies. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set strictly-necessary security cookies (see our Cookie Policy for detail). There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. We do not run analytics. We do not embed third-party trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone.
Data we collect
The only personal data we process through this website is submitted voluntarily through the contact form. When you reach out, you may provide:
- Name — so we know who we're talking to.
- Email — so we can reply.
- Company — context for the conversation, if you choose to share it.
- Message — the substance of your inquiry.
That's it. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to carry out the work. We do not add you to a mailing list — we don't have one.
Legal basis
We process contact-form data on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, or your explicit consent where requested, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection law. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time.
How long we keep data
Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and, where an engagement results, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. If no engagement follows, the submission is deleted once the conversation concludes.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@codyssey.com.
