This website does not set its own cookies. Not analytics cookies. Not tracking cookies. Not functional cookies. Not advertising cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to and nothing to manage — the site works identically with cookies disabled.

Cloudflare security cookies

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible bot-detection widget. Turnstile loads in an iframe from challenges.cloudflare.com and may set the following strictly-necessary security cookies on Cloudflare's domain (not on codyssey.com):

• __cf_bm — Cloudflare bot management cookie. 30 minutes lifetime. Stores an encrypted bot-score token. No personal data, no cross-site tracking. Required for Cloudflare's bot products to function.
• cf_clearance — Cloudflare challenge clearance. Set only if Turnstile requires an interactive challenge (rare in invisible mode). 30 minutes lifetime. Proves the visitor passed verification. Partitioned per-site (CHIPS) — not shared across websites.

These cookies are set by Cloudflare's infrastructure, not by Codyssey. They are strictly necessary for the security of the contact form and are exempt from consent requirements under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and ePrivacy Article 5(3) exception. They contain no personal data, are not used for tracking or advertising, and expire within 30 minutes.

In normal operation with Turnstile's invisible mode, no interactive challenge is shown and these cookies are typically not set on the visitor's device. They may be set only when Cloudflare's risk engine determines that additional verification is needed.

No analytics or tracking

We do not run web analytics on this site. We do not embed third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or social-media widgets. No fingerprinting. No session recording. No marketing tags. When you visit codyssey.com, you read the page and leave. That's it.

Why

This is a deliberate choice, not an oversight. We respect your privacy. We don't need to measure your every scroll to know whether the work is good — the work speaks for itself, and the conversations that follow are what matter. If you want to talk, you'll reach out. We don't need a tracker for that.

If this changes

If we ever introduce analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies, this policy will be updated, a consent banner will appear, and you will have a clear choice before anything is set. We don't expect that to happen — but if it does, you'll know.
